Privacy Policy — Sales Navigator → Close

"Sales Navigator → Close" is a Chrome extension built for Sendblue's internal sales team. It lets a signed-in LinkedIn Sales Navigator user send lead and account records they are already viewing into Sendblue's Close.com CRM.

What data the extension reads

When you use the extension on a LinkedIn Sales Navigator page, it reads only the fields already visible to you on that page: name, job title, company, location, LinkedIn profile URL, and profile photo. The extension does not scrape data outside what LinkedIn already renders to your logged-in session, and does not collect email addresses or phone numbers from LinkedIn.

What data the extension sends, and where

When you choose to send a record, the extension sends the fields above to Sendblue's own backend server, which creates or updates the corresponding Lead or Contact in Sendblue's Close.com CRM account. That backend does not persist your data beyond the time it takes to process the request and relay it to Close — it acts as a proxy holding Sendblue's shared Close API credentials, so individual users don't need their own Close API key.

What the extension does not do

• It does not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for advertising or marketing.
• It does not track your browsing outside of Sales Navigator pages.
• It does not use the data it handles for any purpose other than creating or updating CRM records at your explicit request (clicking "Send to Close").

Who can see this data

Data sent through the extension is visible to Sendblue's sales team inside Close.com, the same as any other CRM record they work with.
